A message dated May 2, 2004, was read stating the Senate has passed                                 
CSHB 25(JUD) with the following amendment and it is transmitted                                     
for consideration:                                                                                  
                                                                                                    
     SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 25(JUD)                                                    
     "An Act relating to health care decisions, including do not                                    
     resuscitate orders, anatomical gifts, and mental health treatment                              
     decisions, and to powers of attorney relating to health care,                                  
     including anatomical gifts and mental health treatment decisions;                              
     and providing for an effective date."
